How to Delete Your Account and Personal Data
According to Apple guidelines and Meta policies, you can request the full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the following options:
- In-App Deletion: Open the Matchermind app, navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Confirming this action will immediately and permanently erase your account, learning progress, and personal details.
- Email Request (including Meta/Facebook Data Deletion): If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to mikushev@matchermind.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request and permanently erase all your data within 30 days.
7International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in the European Union and the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers.
